Global Data Mining has created this online Request to CBP for your ETRAC data so as to expedite the Xtreme Trade Intelligence reports processing.  Creating your  request through the GDM website is free of charge, though as noted below there will be a charge from Census if you request more than 12 months of data.  The steps below outline the process you need to follow.

  1. Complete the data element form and click CONTINUE to enter your information.

  2. Finalize the Requestor's Mailing Address.

  3. Review the customized ETRAC Request and Certification of Authority for accuracy and print on your company letterhead.

  4. Sign ETRAC Request and Certification of Authority and email to Dale Kelly: dale.c.kelly@census.gov and copy to GDM: JohnDryden@gdmllc.com.

  5. If you have requested more than 12 months of data U.S. Census will generate an invoice (cost: $125/additional month) for data processing and email it to you.

  6. U.S. Census will process the data and will wait for your payment.

  7. Once U.S. Census has received payment for data processing, they will mail ETRAC CD's to the 'Requestor's Mailing Address'.

  8. We (GDM) will NOT begin processing any reports until we receive your specific order. 

  9. GDM will then process XTreme Trade Intelligence reports per your order.

  10. GDM will issue an invoice for your order... Payment is due after delivery of reports.

  11. GDM will mail original ETRAC CD's to you.

  12. GDM will schedule a review meeting and email Xtreme Trade Intelligence reports to you.
